Asialent Manufacturing and Trading Company, with the goal of producing high-quality products and reducing dependency on imports, was established in 1984 under private sector management. Located on a 20,000-square-meter site in Sarakhs County, Semnan Province, the company began its operations by producing various types of brake pads for motorcycles and some passenger vehicles. After gaining valuable experience in this field, Asialent has now become one of the most successful manufacturers of standard, asbestos-free brake pads, producing both disc and drum brake pads for domestic vehicles.

In order to support the prosperity of national production and local employment and achieve self-sufficiency, Artalotous Part Engineers Company was established in May 2018 with the best facilities and advanced machinery for the manufacture of pressed parts with a combination of young and experienced investors. All molds and processes of this complex are under the supervision of the engineering department to achieve the highest quality. In this complex, the production of various brake shoes is carried out by semi-automatic welding with the ability to adjust the power or shear force of each welding point separately and by moment-to-moment control using a PLC system and semi-automatic rolling with the ability to hydraulically adjust the amount of pressure applied to the shoe to adjust the radius. With presses of 6 to 200 tons and also imported fully automatic hydraulic servo presses of 500 tons with the latest technology in the world, this company has the ability to produce all kinds of pressed parts in all branches of parts production (Including parts used in the Brake Industry) and is ready to provide after-sales service and advice to our dear customers.

Collaboration with OEM Companies

In 1995, Asia Lant signed a contract with the self-sufficiency department of Mega Motor and began producing rear Pride Brake Shoes. It later expanded its product range by manufacturing Brake Shoes for other vehicles, such as front and rear Zamyad Nissan models. Currently, the company is one of the main suppliers of rear Brake Shoes for the Tiba model, in collaboration with Behran Motor.

Asia Lant started its partnership with Azin Taneh in 2005 by supplying Brake Shoes and later, in the following years, began working with SAPCO. To this day, the company has been delivering its products to SAPCO with minimal returns and a low PPM rate.

After Market

With 41 active representatives across the country, Asia Lant began its aftermarket (AM) sales in 2008. Since early 2011, the company has ventured into the production of Brake Pads and has been continuously working to expand its product portfolio and enhance its quality ever since.
